Since the morning of October 3, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. Ziedot.lv partner "Food of Life" distributes 150 portions of warm meals to refugees from the Ukrainian war.
It is a great pleasure that wonderful recipes for warm food with a full spectrum of amino acids have been created with cooperation partners, because for many Ukrainian war refugees this is also the only warm full meal of the day. Let the meal both warm the person and give all the necessary nutrients. The recommendations also called for adapting recipes with a variety of protein-rich pulses, rice and vegetable stews with spice combinations that improve digestion. There are very positive reviews from the people of Ukraine - in their climate, the range of legumes is also wide, and especially in winter, the satiety of such a stew is good, more than porridge, not to mention soup.
