Children often get tired and lose interest during rehabilitation sessions, which is why the heartwarming helpers—the puppies—come to the rescue. At the Rehabilitation Center "POGA," small, white, fluffy four-legged doctors, named Adži and Noora, have started working as certified canine therapy dogs. Both puppies work under the guidance of their owner, a certified canine therapist and speech therapist.
The rehabilitation sessions take place in a playful and heartwarming atmosphere, where children come joyfully and with motivation, building better contact with the specialist. Canine therapy sessions promote speech and language development, self-care skills, and improve the psychoemotional state of young patients, who happily acquire new skills.
The cost of one canine therapy session is 50 euros, and during a course, a child is recommended to have up to 6 sessions.
