Due to the Russian invasion, Ukraine is currently one of the countries most affected by mine pollution in the world, and each day of the war only increases this pollution. Mines have been placed by the Russian military in a wide variety of areas and places – in the fields, in forests, in abandoned refugee homes and premises, in children’s beds, in gardens. They can be found at every step and threaten human life. Similarly, the contamination of mined areas significantly affects the quality of soil and agriculture, as well as natural processes in general. Demining is a very dangerous job, in which people risk their lives to save the lives of others. Therefore, it is important that deminers are provided with the best equipment. In order to demine large areas, hundreds of thousands, if not more, of such demining kits will be needed in the coming years.
With your donation to the production of demining equipment, you will help save lives and significantly support the recovery of Ukraine. Any donation, regardless of its size, is significant. Total cost of one piece of equipment: kit + probe = 590 EUR.
The demining kit includes:
Part 1 (360.00 EUR):
Sapphire probe – a tool used to detect mines.
Tension and break sensor removal device to safely deactivate mine detonators.
Paracord (rope for various tasks), marking pins,
additional safety indicators, night marking lights, steel cable, storage bag.
Part 2 (230.00 EUR):
Three-component sapper probe.
