Donations from fellow Latvians and companies have turned into real and practical help for Ukraine. Defenders of Ukraine were supported, humanitarian aid shipments were sent, support was provided to Ukrainian refugees in Latvia.
Thanks to the donations of Latvian residents and companies, support in the amount of 12.5 million euros has been provided to the people of Ukraine:
- For the Defense Forces: 6 million euros (5,937,454.92 EUR)
- Humanitarian aid: 3 million euros (3,063,294.68 EUR)
- For the purchase of medicines, medical supplies: 1.85 million euros (1,840,723.39 EUR)
- To support refugees in Latvia: 1.65 million euros (1,643,245.26 EUR)
